The 10,000 sq ft of shop space utilizes a pre-engineered building. The frame was designed to support the crane rails, thus eliminating steel work required for an independent crane system. |

Abcott constructed this new 33,000 sf home for the Village Grocer, designed by Petroff Partnership Architects. The building contains a full basement for food prep, retail grocery on the main level including interior loading bay and administration offices on the second floor. |
