We used a pre-engineered Butler structure studded with rows of high bay windows that allow light to flood into the new space. The natural light enhances the workspaces within. creating a more pleasant environment while contributing to energy savings.
The bright atmosphere in this new addition coupled with the energy efficient lighting and money-saving motion sensors are examples of our attention to design detail. |

Designed by Scoler and Lee Architects it includes a Customer Rental Service area. Administration Offices. Service Department. Drivers Lounge. Parts Department. Service Bays. Wash Bay. Tire Storage Area and Fuel Island.
The use of conventional construction with the economy of pre-engineered building construction for the service bays gave the owner an attractive. economical building.
